TGO3
After retiring 3 years ago, Mark needed a space where he could practice his sculpting hobby in a dedicated space away from the home. Mark’s garden room required space for him to store supplies and research and develop his sculptures.

WHY THE CUSTOMER NEEDED A GARDEN BUILDING
After retiring, Mark initially continued his hobby in a spare room of their home. He shared this space with his wife who is a hobbyist seamstress. Both needing to expand their space, Mark decided that his home was not a suitable environment for his hobby. He required a space which he could get a little bit messy with his clay and suitable lighting.
WHAT WE DID
The Garden Office team installed a 4m x 2.5m TGO3 clad in composite black and black fascia. The building features a 2.3m sliding door with a screen window to the left, a square window and standard black composite decking. Mark opted for two of our 600 x 600 panel lights so as to give him the optimal light necessary for his sculpting.
THE FINISHED PROJECT
Mark enjoys a space where he can research his sculptures before developing them into the beautiful pieces he produces. Mark’s space allows him to experiment with different techniques, such as plaster moulds and gives him a dedicated space for himself and his hobby.
Space is a little like time; We think we have lots of it but it seems to run out very quickly. Our customers were looking for somewhere to work out in but also combine the space with a games room for the kids. With the house already dedicated to specific uses they wanted something outside of the house, but not to feel completely isolated.

The Solution?
A garden room by The Garden Office is the perfect choice in creating space with value for money. Our customers decided to design a 5m x 4m TGO3 set with 2.8m sliding doors, lozenge window and corner window.
The TGO3 garden room is used as a gym and games room combo, featuring exercise equipment, a pool table and a beer fridge. The 2.8m sliding doors provide natural light to enter the garden room and are great to keep open on summer days!
The building design fits perfectly with the aesthetics of the house and garden, complimenting each other nicely with a traditional and modern twist.
