At The Garden Office we operate with a transparency policy, making everything clear for our customers at every stage.
Nothing to hide
Every garden room buildings from The Garden Office comes as a fully inclusive package, with no hidden costs and no extras required.
As standard, your garden office comes with everything you will need to get settled into your garden room straight away, including; base, fitting, heating, premium insulation, lighting and heating to name a few! Electrical connection of your garden office is quoted at a site survey, however we can leave this to you or your chosen electrician should you already have one.
We include VAT in all of our prices to help make it easy when budgeting and planning – no need to add this on after.
What’s more, if you live within 120 miles of our Buckinghamshire factory, delivery is included within the price of the building! Check your distance against here or contact us for a delivery quote to your address.
What you see if what you get
We measure and price our garden offices based on the internal floor area – the actual usable space you will gain inside your garden room building. We find that this is the most useful way for our customers to plan their space, by knowing what additional living space they are creating when they decide to purchase a garden room from The Garden Office.

Simple quick-quote process
Your garden office quote is generated either by yourself online or through a conversation about your needs with a member of our sales teams – either over the phone, in our showrooms or at a free site survey.
We have a small sales admin team with a wealth of experience who will assist with all aspects regarding your quote including any questions you may have, amendments and even re-design.
Site-survey
Our professional site surveyors will come to your property and discuss your garden office project on site – free of charge. The site survey is the best opportunity for us to gain a real insight into your plans and help create your perfect space. We will take measurements and check access to the site, as well as providing recommendations on build and design so that you get the most out of your garden office. Read more about site surveys…
Dedicated customer care representative
Once you have placed an order with us you will be assigned a dedicated customer care representative. Your dedicated customer care representative will learn your project and be on hand at any stage to assist with decisions or any questions you may have. You will never be passed from ‘pillar to post’ by having a clear communication channel with your dedicated representative.
On-site project manager
You are inviting us into your home and life – an honour that we take seriously.
Before our installation teams get to work building your garden office, your own dedicated on-site project manager will introduce themselves and run through their plan of what each day on site will involve. Our garden office buildings take as little as 2-5 days to install, meaning we can be as minimally intrusive to your routine as possible. The project manager will be on-site every day of your build and will always be happy to run through any details or answer any question you have.
Aftercare teams
After your build is complete, our care and service to our customers still continues. The customer care team looks after all aftercare needs with your garden office should they arise. Each building comes with a 10yr guarantee, and what’s more – having built over 11,000 of our garden offices, we know everything there is to know about them.
